Classes & Programs
Adult swimming lessons at Nuffield Cambridge are available as 1-to-1, 2-to-1, and small group formats. All lessons are 30 minutes long. The 1-to-1 format suits nervous beginners and those wanting maximum instructor attention. Members receive a 25% discount on lesson pricing.
Schedule & Availability
Lessons available throughout the week — Tuesday and Thursday afternoons run 16:00-18:30, Wednesday 16:00-18:00, Sunday 11:00-13:30 for children's lessons; adult lessons available across additional adult-suitable slots. Family swim available Mon-Fri 11:00-18:00 and weekends 11:00-17:00 for members.

Indoor swimming pool, fully equipped gym, fitness studios, changing facilities and parking (including disabled spaces). Private health-club setting with quieter pool environment than public leisure centres.
Pricing Information
