Adult Swimming Lessons in Abingdon

Abingdon Dolphins Swimming Club is at I I Oxon I, 48 Meadowside in Abingdon. Instructors are experienced, fully qualified and DBS-checked, and the club aims for an interactive and fun learning environment. Adult beginner classes are offered, and 1 to 1 lessons are available for those who want them. Teaching is organised around each swimmer's own personal learning goals.

Tri Swim Coaching is based at Abbington School, Abingdon, OX14 1DE. Coaching is personalised and delivered by experienced instructors, with one-to-one lessons available and bespoke training plans drawn up for individual swimmers. The coaching specialises in freestyle technique and includes work with swimmers who are overcoming a fear of water. Open water courses are also run.
