Michael Phelps Becomes Oldest to Win Individual Gold Swimming Medal

Ryan Lochte First gold medal in rio olympics:-

A dominant swim by Michael Phelps in the 4*200-meter freestyle relay the Olympic Aquatics Center. At the Rio Olympics, the U.S. quartet got back on top of the podium in 4*100m freestyle relay, out-touching the team from France by about a second and a half. Phelps earned his 19th career Olympic gold medal with the victory.

“I told them before it’s okay to sing, it’s okay to cry,” Phelps, co-captain of the men’s team, told media. “It’s good to see the emotion out of those young guys. It shows they really do care and they love what they are doing. I think for me as one of the old dudes, I think it’s great to see.”:-after winning his 19th gold medals 4*100m freestyle
