After Breaking olympic record in 400m freestyle swimming Katie is competing in 200m freestyle today.Cruising through the 400-meter freestyle in just three minutes and 58.71 seconds, Ledecky just broke an Olympic record in Rio — and that was just in a preliminary heat! The 400-meter freestyle is one of her signature events, and the first event that made her a world record holder. Let’s see what happen in 200m freestyle prelims.

Federica Pellegrini is an Italian swimmer. A native of Mirano, in the province of Venice, she holds the women’s 200 m freestyle world records, and won a Gold Medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
