Sagar Kamble, swam the 38-km route from Dharmater to Gateway of India. He clocked 7 hours, 45 minutes his maiden attempt. A quiet reception was held at the Gateway of India soon after he touched the shore, accompanied by boats comprising official observers, time-keepers, his coaches and parents. The Ocean boy was welcomed ashore at Gateway of India.
Sagar Said- He was Very Pertinacious about this Opportunity and started his training with High Hand and almost after three month of hard workout. Sagar was ready to done his job.
Anmol Adhav, who Guided Sagar specially for this swim, said, “This is a Milestone for him and I am really proud that Sagar chose to swim along. I am proud of this Ocean boy.”

He started the swim from Dharamtar at 2:53 am & reached gateway of India 10:38 am.
It was great pleasure !!! Great finish.
