Bob bowman Tips for 2-2 and 2
Strive to breathe on the forward strokes only. Bob doesn’t like for swimmers to breathe forward on single arm strokes as a result of they raise their head, forcing their hips to drop putting the swimmer into an unnatural body position within the water. If you do breathe on the one arm stroke, breathe to the side to maintain an improved body position.
What Bob Likes about 2-2 and 2 is permits swimmers to coach more butterfly and it helps them work on the rhythm of their stroke.
